Welcome - come enjoy my Garden with me

My Garden although it may be small is my garden. I love working in the garden and showing or telling others about it. While you are here take a look around. There is a lot to see. Take a look at the other blogs I love to read. Leave a comment if you like. But most of all. Enjoy your time here, and come back soon.

My Christmas gifts

I love my husband.  As I should of course.  Other wise why be married to him.  Anyways he knows how much I love gardening and got me some garden related gifts....
This shirt for sure is very very very true.  I may just have to wear it today.
Not sure if I should wear this one while playing in the dirt or afterwards.
For my herbs that I love to dry.....guess he is tired of walking through a wall of drying herbs...
Although not garden related directly it certainly counts as it has parts of a garden in it.  I love my hubby.  So how was your Christmas?  Get anything garden related?

Harvesting Edible Garden Tour - December 21, 2011

A full year of Harvesting is coming to a close.  Do you have anything in your garden you can still harvest?  I still have herbs but I didn't want to harvest them....but I had
Lots of Carrots.  Although they could have waited longer.  These are baby carrots so they don't get all that big...but they have been growing longer than expected in terms of time
See baby's.  With really long roots.  These will taste great.

So have anything  you can eat from your garden today?  I want to see who else has a garden still producing edible harvests in December, I can't be the only one.

Christmas

This year  had been hard.  Not the gardens just other things around the house and cars.  Hubby had a deer thrown into his car a week or so ago so that is extra money that we don't have to spend.  Things like that.  So the Christmas spirit has been hard for me to find but today we set up the tree and all weekend I have been watching Christmas movies so it is getting better.  So for those who also need some help getting into the mood here are pictures of the tree and Santa's village
